  • Returns policy:

For online purchases on the website 58 Facettes, you benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days.

Withdrawal implies that you have changed your mind after receiving your product in good condition and that you wish to return it to the seller for a refund.

Jewelry that has been personalized or modified (engraving, resizing, etc.) is not eligible and cannot be returned in this context. Likewise, the Purchases made directly in store are not eligible for withdrawal.

You must inform us of your wish to withdraw within 14 calendar days after the delivery date. After this period of 14 calendar days, we will not be able to make any exchange or refund.

Once your withdrawal request has been made, you have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return the jewelry(s) to us.

The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and without any trace or mark.

Return costs will be the responsibility of 58 Facettes.

  • What should I do if there is a problem with my jewelry?

Re-sizing for rings: with exceptions (example: ring entirely paved with stones), the rings can be resized, contact us to know more.

Damaged or broken jewelry: contact us in order to carry out a repair, exchange, or refund. You must attach a photo to your message as proof of the defect noted.

Jewelry not as advertised: contact us in order to make an exchange or refund. You will need to attach a photo to your message.

Incomplete order: contact us so that we can arrange to ship the missing item(s).

  • Who covers the return costs?

Return costs are the responsibility of either 58 Facettes, or from the seller. They are not the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Refunds:

Once your return is received and accepted by the seller, the refund will be made according to the payment method used when placing the order.

You can track your return package using the tracking number on the prepaid return label provided to you.

  • Return procedure:

To return an item, simply request it by by clicking on this link, specifying your order number, your email address and the jewelry(s) you wish to return. To make the return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping slip (at our expense) to print and stick on the package which will be dropped off at the post office.
