- Steps to place an order:
On a piece of jewelry's product page, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now." If you'd like to add more items to your cart, you can continue shopping. Otherwise, click "Checkout" and fill in your shipping information. To complete your order, choose a payment method and proceed to checkout.
- Available payment methods:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
- Paypal
- Payment in 3x and 4x (for orders between €500 and €6,000)
- Bank transfer (on request, contact us)
- Authentication 3D Secure for card payments:
When ordering from Europe, your bank may direct you to a 3D Secure authentication page. There are several ways to authenticate online payments, and you may be asked to confirm your identity via SMS, email, or TouchID. Once your payment is authenticated and your order is placed, you will be redirected to the 3D Secure payment confirmation page.58 Facettes and you will receive a confirmation email.
- Pay by Paypal:
To pay via PayPal, select PayPal from the list of available payment methods. You will need to log in to your PayPal account to confirm the payment.
- Pay in 3 or 4 installments with Alma:
You can pay for your orders between €500 and €6,000 in 3 or 4 installments through our partner Alma. To do this, select your preferred payment method after entering your delivery information and you will be redirected to the Alma payment validation form, where you can enter your information to confirm the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to the confirmation page. of58 Facettes and you will receive a confirmation email.

- Pay by bank transfer:
This payment method is only available upon request, contact us to find out more.
To pay by bank transfer, select this payment method and complete your order. You will then receive an email with all the information you need to complete the payment for your order.
Please note that with this payment method, your order is only confirmed and your jewelry is only shipped after the funds have been received.
- When will my bank account be debited?
If you pay by credit card via PayPal, payment is taken when the order is placed on our site.
If you pay in 3 or 4 installments, the first monthly payment of the amount due is taken when the order is placed, the other 2 or 3 monthly payments are taken in the following 2 or 3 months.
Finally, if you pay by bank transfer, the amount is debited as soon as the request is processed by your bank.
