  • the information you provide when you contact customer service or the merchant through the Platform 58 Facettes (content of exchanges, nature of the complaint, return of products, etc.);
  • your connection and browsing data within the Platform 58 Facettes (IP address, the products and pages you have viewed or searched for);
  • data relating to the consultation of emails that we send you for statistical and commercial prospecting purposes;
  • the information you provide when you leave a review on the Platform;
  • information about our advertisements that you view;
  • the information you provide when participating in promotional operations, competitions or events that we organize.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We retain your data in our database only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and then archive it with restricted access for an additional period to comply with our legal and/or regulatory obligations regarding archiving, as well as for the duration of applicable statutes of limitations. At the end of this additional period, your data is permanently deleted from our databases.

5. Who receives your data?

Without this explicit consent, no app usage events will be transmitted to these third-party services.

  1. Facebook Ads SDK Used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to report anomalies related to the installation or opening of the application. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.

  2. Firebase Used to monitor application performance, diagnose technical errors, and analyze user engagement. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared. Firebase collects anonymous or aggregated data to improve the application.

  3. Klaviyo: Used to send personalized push notifications and marketing emails to users. These notifications and emails can include information about new products, promotions, order confirmations, or reminders about platform activity. Klaviyo also allows for the personalization of these communications based on the user's past interactions with the application.

The use of Klaviyo for sending push notifications and marketing emails requires the explicit consent of the UserUpon first opening the application, the User will be asked to consent to receive push notifications sent via KlaviyoThese notifications may include information such as order confirmations, promotional offers, or reminders of activity on the platform.

The User can manage or revoke their preferences at any time regarding:

  • THE push notifications from the application settings or those of your device.

  • THE marketing emails by unsubscribing via the links provided in each email or via the settings of their user account.

Without explicit consent, no push notifications or marketing emails will be sent.

Use of SMS:

As part of our commitment to improving your customer experience, we use an SMS messaging service via Klaviyo to send you notifications regarding:

  • Shopping cart abandonment: reminders of your pending cart to allow you to finalize your order.

  • Appointments: invitations, confirmations, reminders or changes to your appointments.

  • Contract signings: reminders to complete and sign the necessary documents.

Consent and preference management:

By providing your phone number and agreeing to our communications, you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to the services mentioned above. These messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system.

You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by replying STOP to one of our messages or by adjusting your preferences via your account settings.

Data security and confidentiality:

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes and is used solely within the context of our business relationship. Klaviyo, as a service provider, processes information in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

5.2 To the Sellers of the Platform and Mobile Applications and our carriers

The data necessary for managing your orders is transmitted to the Sellers from whom you purchased a product through the Platform. 58 Facettes.

The data enabling the delivery of your order is also transmitted to the carrier you have selected or which will be offered to you when placing your order.

5.3 To the authorities

7. Is your data transferred outside the European Union?

9. Identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT)

Why do we process your data? (Purposes)

For any transaction of an amount equal to or greater than €10,000 including VAT, we process your data in order to meet our strict legal and regulatory obligations in the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing (AML/CFT) and compliance with international sanctions.

What is the legal basis for this processing?

This processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, point c of the GDPR, and Articles L. 561-2 et seq. of the Monetary and Financial Code).

What data is collected?

In this context, we collect via our technical service provider: a copy of your official identity document (ID card, passport), your facial biometric data (via a live video selfie to prevent identity theft), and where applicable, proof of address or documents relating to the beneficial owners of legal entities.

Who has access to your data? (Recipients)

Your data is collected and processed in a highly secure manner by our technical subcontractor Didit (Signatid SL), whose privacy policy complies with the GDPR. This information is strictly confidential and accessible only to authorized personnel within our company. It may be transmitted, only upon request, to the competent supervisory authorities (TRACFIN, Customs, DGCCRF).

How long can they be stored?

In accordance with Article L. 561-12 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the documents and data collected within the framework of this due diligence obligation are kept for a strict period of five (5) years from the end of the business relationship.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access and rectify your data. Please note that the right to erasure, the right to data portability, or the right to object do not apply to processing based on a legal obligation of AML/CFT due diligence. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the application settings (Form) or by contacting our customer support. Once the request is received, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it for a longer period.

In cases where we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that these transfers are carried out in accordance with the GDPR, using mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to guarantee the protection of your data.
