Yes, a 30% commission is deducted from the sale price before payment is made to you. This commission covers the services of appraisal, cleaning and workshop inspection, professional photography, online listing, sale management, and insurance. There are no additional fees to receive your payment.

Payments are processed via Stripe 30 days after the sale. If the buyer does not return the jewelry within two weeks of the sale, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your Stripe account. To create a Stripe account and receive your payments, follow these steps:

  1. Access the configuration email

    : After the sale of your jewelry, you will receive an email from 58 Facettes containing a link to set up your Stripe account.

  2. Click on the link

    : Follow the link in the email to be redirected to the Stripe account creation page.

  3. Enter your information

    : Fill in the requested information, including your bank details, to finalize the setup of your Stripe account.

  4. Verification

    : Stripe may ask you to verify your identity by uploading an ID.

  5. Complete the configuration

    : Once all information is provided and verified, your Stripe account will be activated, and you will be able to receive your payments.

If you submitted an IBAN and are expecting a payment via bank transfer, it means that your seller ID is probably lower than DV1000. In this case, payments are made manually via bank transfer. However, for all new sellers with an ID higher than DV1000, it is not possible to receive payments without a Stripe account. So, you will need to create a Stripe account to receive your payments.

If you have not received your payment within the expected time, make sure you have calculated 30 days after the sale of your jewelry. If the deadline has passed and you still have not received your payment, contact our customer service. We will check the status of your payment and help you resolve the issue. It is also possible that the order was cancelled or returned or that the customer did not pay the full price.

Yes, all payments made by 58 Facettes are secure. We use Stripe, a payment platform recognized for its security, thus guaranteeing the protection of your banking information and the security of transactions.
