Vintage diamond star necklace Cartier, elegant and finely detailed, made of 18-carat yellow gold.
Three small diamonds totaling approximately 0.05 carats (estimated at color GH and clarity VS1-2).
Diamonds adorn a motif of three graduated stars. This necklace measures 40 cm in length and fits perfectly around the neck. It is ideal worn alone as a statement piece or layered.
