Vintage white gold ring Art Deco, rubies and diamonds
Finely detailed vintage ring Art Deco in diamond and ruby (circa 1920s to 1930s) made in 14-carat white gold.
44 old European-cut and single-cut diamonds, totaling approximately 0.30 carat (color IJ and clarity SI1-I2). The rubies measure between 5.5 mm x 5 mm (center) and 4 mm x 3 mm (2 on the sides). Note: superficial abrasions on the rubies (visible under x10 magnification).
The east-west orientation of the ring offers broad coverage on the finger and gives it a bold look. The intensely red rubies and diamonds sparkle with every movement. Its domed and lower profile rises 4 mm from the finger (0.15 inch) and rests comfortably flat on the hand. Can be worn alone or stacked.
The ring is in good condition and has been lightly cleaned and polished.
Weight: 3.6 grams
Size and dimensions: The ring is size 6 (true to size). The setting measures 10.5 mm wide (0.41 inch) and rises 4 mm from the finger.
Metal and hallmark: 14-carat white gold. The ring is hallmarked "585" for 14-carat gold.
