Vintage Art Deco Diamond Maltese Cross Pendant
Finely detailed vintage Maltese cross pendant from the era Art Deco, made in platinum 900 and gold plated. 14k yellow gold (circa 1920s-1930s).
A symbol of protection, the Maltese cross is set with four sparkling and brilliant triangular-cut diamonds. Smaller in size, at just over 1/2 inch in length (including the ball), the piece is ideal for wearing as a pendant on a chain or on a charm bracelet. The ball of the pendant is 3mm wide and can accommodate a thin chain.
The pendant is in good condition and has been lightly cleaned and polished.
Weight: 1.5 grams
Stones: Quatre Triangular cut diamonds total approximately 0.80 carats (estimated in HI color and VS2-SI1 clarity).
Measurements: The pendant measures 17mm (0.66 inch) in length (including the ball) and 8mm in width and 0.31 inch in width (at small scale).
Metal & Hallmark: 14 carat yellow gold and platinum. The pendant is however not hallmarked
