gold pocket watch chain necklace with T bar
This 14k gold watch chain features a fabulous semi-hollow link intertwined with tiny balls for an unusual variation of a curb link. The links are sculpted with a ribbed texture which gives a matte surface to the gold.
The necklace is 15 3/8" long. The curb link section of the chain is 9 1/2" long. The two sections of the Belcher link measure 2 3/4" and 3 3/4". The T-bar measures 2" and hangs on a 1 1/2" section of chain. The chain weighs 38.97 grams.
The chain is unmarked but tested as 14k gold. Circa 1880s.
