Vacheron Constantin, reference 7590 wristwatch in 18-carat white gold, diamonds and onyx, circa 1970.
This elegant Vacheron Constantin stands out for its remarkable original black onyx dial, punctuated by four diamond-set hour markers. The depth of the black onyx, combined with the discreet sparkle of the diamonds and the understated nature of the white gold, creates a particularly refined aesthetic.
The hardstone dial is one of the main attractions of this example. It is in remarkable condition, with a deep surface virtually free of marks. It was carefully cleaned in the second-hand during the watch’s recent service.
The 18-carat white gold case, with slightly curved lines, measures approximately 37 × 24 mm and is only 5 mm thick. It bears the corresponding hallmarks as well as case number 497430.
The watch is powered by the famous hand-wound Vacheron Constantin calibre 1003, an emblematic ultra-thin movement of the Manufacture. Movement no. 654871.
A complete mechanical service has just been carried out in August 2026 by Atelier des Tocantes in Paris. The watch comes with its service card and benefits from a 12-month mechanical warranty.
It is fitted with a black lizard strap in good condition and will be delivered with a Vacheron Constantin branded stainless steel pin buckle.
It comes with its original Vacheron Constantin box. An extract from the archives has also been ordered from Vacheron Constantin and will accompany the watch upon receipt.
