Coming from the famous gem-bearing lands of Brazil, this natural stone is a blue topaz, commercial shade Sky-Blue. Artisanal mining on July 17, 2024, at the renowned Itabira mine under the responsibility of L. Martin, this gem displays a remarkable weight of 7.085 carats. It was rigorously selected for its perfect crystal clarity and its luminous, fresh, and elegant sky-blue hue.
The art of cutting: the softness of the mixed cushion
This substantial piece was hand-cut on September 1, 2024 by artisan cutter M. Sainul, under the direction and cutting responsibility of Loïc Sabadie. Displaying a mixed cushion cut with generous proportions (11.11 x 11.07 x 7.57 mm), the stone interacts beautifully with light. The mixed faceting diagram gives this topaz a soft, deep, and highly sparkling brilliance. Its dimensions make it the perfect candidate for a spectacular cocktail ring or a high-jewelry pendant.
