Small estimated 1mm gemstones (emerald, blue sapphire & pink sapphire) are set into the cupcake. The charm is a hard-to-find retired piece and no longer made by Tiffany & Co. The piece can be worn as a charm on a bracelet or as a pendant on a chain.
The charm is in very good original condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
