From the Signature Collection, this 18k gold and old European cut diamond ring is a contemporary variation of a Victorian ring. The overall shape was taken from an antique version, with a design made more fluid thanks to the addition of some contemporary details. A border in platinum, precisely adjusted, highlights the diamond for a delicate detail that distinguishes it from the gold; the white of the platinum enhances the brightness of the diamond. The 18k gold features a highly polished finish that harmoniously contrasts with the sparkling facets of the diamond. True to the original piece, the ring features a slight flaring, offering a wider and more curved version of a "gypsy" ring.
The old European cut diamond is 0.78 ct and measures 5.68 x 3.92. It is K color and SI1 clarity. The diamond was sent to the GIA before being set, and it comes with the GIA report no. 6227458569.
