Negligé necklace in platinum with a chain dotted with small natural pearls. The shuttle-shaped pendant, set with old-cut diamonds, suspends as a drop two large baroque natural blister pearls, one white, the other white with pink and green overtones, weighing respectively 27.506 and 14.892 carats.
The jewel is embellished with two old-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.52 carat and 73 old-cut diamonds.
