Vintage tulip in yellow gold and ruby diamonds
Elegant vintage tulip ring in ruby and diamonds (circa 1960s to 1970s) made in 14-carat yellow gold.
The round brilliant-cut diamond is estimated at 0.01 carat (color LM and clarity I1). Six rubies measure approximately 1 mm each.
The classic tulip ring is set with a central diamond, surrounded by rubies. It is part of a set of five tulip rings (the other four are sold separately: amethyst, diamond, sapphire, and emerald). The tall ring (8 mm) fits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in very good condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve its patina and collector's value.
Weight: 1.5 grams
Size and dimensions: The ring is size 5 1/2 (comfortable size). The setting measures 8 mm in diameter (0.31 inch) and rises 8 mm above the finger.
Metal and hallmark: 14-carat yellow gold. The ring is not hallmarked.
