18K (750°/°°) gold photo holder pendant in the shape of a heart and decorated with a Louis XVI knot drawn by rose-cut diamonds. American work circa 1925. Engraved inside: “Emelie in memory of Cora Dillon Wyckoff, Dec 8, 1925”. (the engraving can be erased on request). Noted 18k for 18 carat gold.
