Art glass vase by Loetz (Lötz), made by Loetz Klostermuehle in Bohemia (now the Czech Republic). Short iridescent yellow/gold vase, with wavy rim and ground pontil.
The decor (or pattern) is known as Candia Silberiris Diaspora. This decor features a texture over the entire piece, reminiscent of lunar craters.

- Diameter (at widest): about 3 inches
The iridescence varies depending on the light: in low light, the vase appears yellow, while in very bright spaces it takes on a golden hue.
The vase is not branded, which is common for Loetz pieces. It is a fine example of Loetz's early work, dating from the early 1900s, most likely 1902.
Condition: excellent, with no cracks, chips, or "flea bites."
