Stylish & finely detailed pair of estate Ilias Lalaounis earrings, crafted in 18 karat yellow gold.
The earrings are set with a spoke wheel of glossy freshwater pearls measuring (average) 6mm x 5mm. The pearls are well matching with light rose/green overtones.
The earrings are from the Byzantine collection with inspiration taken from ceiling mosaics of the Chora church in Istanbul. Superb granulation swirls to the outer set pearls. Greek design at its finest. The earrings are fitted with clip backings for pierced or non-pierced ears.
The earrings are in very good original condition. We have not cleaned them in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
