History and origin
Discovered in the heart of the wild lands of Namibia, a region renowned worldwide for the unique chromatic vividness of its deposits, this natural garnet belongs to the prestigious and rare spessartite variety. Extracted in a strictly artisanal manner on May 5, 2024, this 2.60-carat gem instantly captivates the eye with its pure, electric orange hue, evoking the intensity of African sunsets. It was rigorously selected for the richness of its shades and its high-grade crystalline structure.
The art of cutting: magnified refraction
This exceptional piece was shaped on August 11, 2024 by master cutter Mr. Sainul. Featuring a mixed oval cut, the stone reveals remarkable crystalline transparency. The faceting diagram was executed with surgical precision in order to maximize light return and release the inner fire of the spessartite. Its perfectly balanced dimensions, 9.12 x 7.26 x 4.26 mm, make it an ideal center stone, luminous and highly refined for a prestige ring or a bespoke high jewelry creation.
