History and origin
Originating from the lands of Cameroon, more precisely from the artisanal Kadei mine, this exceptional natural gemstone belongs to the garnet family. Extracted by artisanal methods on May 12, 2024 under the responsibility of L. Martin, this piece weighs 1.375 carats. It was rigorously selected for its transparent clarity, offering a crystalline purity that highlights its deep red hue.
The art of cutting: the fascination of the mixed oval
This unique piece, offered as a loose unmounted stone, was fashioned in a mixed oval cut with harmonious proportions of 8.52 x 6.00 x 4.10 mm, under the direction and creative responsibility of Sabadie. The cutting work was meticulously carried out by the artisan cutter M. Sainul to optimize the play of light at the heart of the gemstone.
