Georg Jensen is a maison Danish design house renowned for its silverware. It was founded in 1904 in Copenhagen by Georg Jensen (1866-1935). Over the decades, the company has collaborated with many designers, expanding its range of jewelry styles.
Maria Berntsen is a Danish designer based in Copenhagen and a graduate of the Royal Danish Academy of Art and the School of Architecture in Bordeaux. In 1992, Maria Berntsen created the Maria Berntsen Design Studio and has since worked independently with a wide range of renowned clients. She designed the Mirror ring for Georg Jensen in 2005.
