Elegant and loose natural Ethiopian fire opal; diamond ring crafted in 18k white gold.
The natural opal measures 16mm x 11mm (estimated at 7.50 carats). The diamonds total approximately 0.35 carats (estimated in HI color and VS2-SI2 clarity). The opal is in very good condition and free of cracks or chips.
Opal exhibits a strong play of colors ranging from orange to red, green, yellow, turquoise and purple (opals are difficult to photograph and the true colors of opal do not appear in photos). Framed with diamonds in a large oval setting with hand-engraved details, the ring makes a stunning statement on the hand. The low-cut ring (10 mm - 0.39 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in very good condition and has been lightly cleaned and polished.
