This Victorian-era necklace features a silver center with a foliage and scroll motif, decorated with diamonds, natural emeralds, and a pearl as the focal point. The floral motif in silver evokes a bouquet of flowers, enhanced by small 18K gold links. The silver displays a beautiful patina that contrasts with the 18K gold settings and scrolls.
The central pearl measures 5 mm and appears to be a natural pearl, given its luminescence and the age of the necklace. There are 12 rose-cut diamonds, measuring between 1.5 mm and 2 mm: 10 are bezel-set and 2 are prong-set, for a total weight of approximately 0.15 carat. The emeralds, of a deep green, each measure 3 mm.
The center measures just under 1 1/2" wide by 1/2" and features a silver front and an 18K gold back. The necklace measures 19 1/2" end to end. The center is from the Victorian era and the 18K gold chain was added later. The chain diameter measures 2 mm.
