Pair of carnelian earrings with diamond leaf details. They feature an oval banded carnelian, made luminous by a combination of a blue-violet upper layer over a rich orange and red underlayer. The carnelians are held by a decorative multi-prong setting.
At the center of each earring is a leaf motif filled with rose-cut diamonds. The diamonds vary in size and have an oblong shape that fits into the leaf design. Their total weight is about 3/4 ct, and they are all set in 14K gold.
Dimensions: 3/4” wide x 1” long. Total weight: 11.9 g. Clasp: elongated European hook. Good overall condition, with only a few prongs missing on the upper part of one side; this is not visible and the carnelians are securely held.
