Edwardian diamond and yellow sapphire filigree bracelet in platinum
This pièce started as a brooch in platinum with a saturated orange-yellow sapphire. Along the filigree are Old European Cut diamonds ranging in size from 2.5 to 2.75 mm. They are each bezel set, and the filigree work is a lovely rhythmic pattern of interwoven milgrain in the shape of dentelle.
The barrette is set in a bracelet in platinum with a new, very secure safety clasp. The bracelet measures 6.75". The bracelet measures 2.65 mm wide, the lug measures 4.6 mm wide and 6 mm at its widest point (the sapphire). The bracelet weighs 15.85 grams.
The sapphire measures 4.75 mm and weighs 0.55 carats. The six natural Old European Cut diamonds range in size from 2.5 to 2.75.
Fits a 6.75 inch wrist.
