This exceptional necklace Chopard is more than just a piece of jewelry: it is a unique creation, custom-made in 1988 for a client. It combines goldsmith craftsmanship with the iconic Happy Diamonds design.
The necklace dates from the late 20th century. As a piece from the Happy Diamonds universe, the pendant features the characteristic lightness of freely moving diamonds, floating between sapphire glasses.
Made of solid 18-carat gold and set with diamonds:
- 24 brilliant-cut diamonds, total 1.45 ct
- 20 mobile brilliant-cut diamonds, total 1.12 ct, color grade FC
- 15 brilliant-cut diamonds, total 0.15 ct, color grade FC
- 1 central brilliant-cut diamond, 0.25 ct, color grade FC
Each stone has been precisely set, whether fixed or freely mobile.
The necklace has been carefully cleaned and inspected. The material is in excellent condition; the craftsmanship is solid and of high quality. The gold surfaces have been delicately refreshed, without affecting the historical integrity.
