Pear cut amethysts measure 18mm x 13mm. The amethysts are in very good condition and free of cracks or chips.

Size & Measurements: The earrings measure 1 1/2 inches in length and 1/2 inch wide. The earrings are fitted with post and double hinged omega backings for pierced ears.
Metal & Hallmark: Sterling silver. The earrings are hallmarked "925" for sterling silver along with "Tiffany & Co" and "1989"
The amethyst drop earrings date to 1989 and are no longer available for sale at Tiffany. A great collector piece today (and also a very wearable pair of earrings!) The rich royal purple amethysts are set into pear shaped drops with sculpted mounts. The earrings are fitted with post and double hinged omega backings for pierced ears.
The earrings are in very good condition and were recently professionally cleaned and polished.
