Pompadour ring in platinum, adorned in the center with a vivid blue oval sapphire (slightly frosted on top), bezel-set and millegrain, accompanied by a double halo of rose-cut diamonds set in grains and millegrain border. The palmettes are composed of a floral motif paved with rose-cut diamonds. The basket is beautifully pierced and there is engraving work on the upper edges of the ring shank. Timeless jewel in very good condition.
