Antique "Trilogy" ring in 18-carat rose gold (750/1000) and in silver solid, stamped with the owl and swan guarantee hallmarks. French work from the 19th century. The marquise-shaped ring head is adorned with three aligned, intensely green stones, imitating emeralds, in claw settings. The silver surround is pavé-set, around the edge, with twenty-two rose-cut diamonds of varying sizes, in grain settings, and bordered underneath by a finely pierced silver gallery.
The "Trilogy" ring represents the past, the present, and the future. It was given as an engagement ring or as a wedding anniversary gift.
