Surrounded by 12 other diamonds arranged in a circle, all well matched

Ring in excellent condition: all diamonds are present and show no significant chips or abrasion. The shank has retained its round shape; note slight twisting of one of the branches near the flower.
Traces of a hallmark at the base of the shank. The metal has been tested and confirmed as 18K gold.
