This ring is based on a clear idea: a geometric combination of brilliant-cut and baguette-cut diamonds. The design is structured and assertive, with enough presence to stand on its own without any additional staging.
Style and period: the very geometric lozenge-shaped face, as well as the combination of brilliant and baguette cuts, clearly evoke the late 1980s and the 1990s. Baguette diamonds were often used at that time as graphic frames to structure larger, symmetrical diamond surfaces. The deliberately decorative yet rigorously ordered composition fits this stylistic period very well.
Materials and stones: made of 585 yellow gold (14 carats). The setting includes 81 diamonds, totaling approximately 0.80 ct; the central stones are brilliant-cut and the framing stones are baguette-cut.
