Dome ring in 750/e rose gold, the center of which is adorned with an old-cut diamond on a waffle setting surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds set on platinum, the whole thing evoking the heart of a flower.
The ring body consists of four twisted wires that meet at the bottom and fan out to support the head. Very beautiful work in very good condition.
