Rose and white gold ring, 750 thousandths, cocktail style, adorned with a pale blue sapphire set with 4 large white gold prongs, in the center of a white gold band as well. This is at the center of a composition of gold wires forming a braid in the central ring and scrolls on the sides, connected by two white gold gadroons.
