Ball ring composed of 18kt rose gold wires (hallmark: owl) decorated in its center with a modern cut diamond weighing approximately 0.15Ct (estimated color H, estimated purity SI), in a surround of rose cut diamonds in a closed setting in platinum.
Vintage work from the 50s/60s.
Gross weight: 8.74 g
Ring size: 49 1/2 (diameter 15.75/ US 5.00), size large.
Condition: very light micro scratches on the gold parts, see photos.
Although in their forms and inspirations, the jewels of the 50s and 60s may resemble those of the 40s, the gold is however worked in a more complex manner, notably with the use of threads, which give the jewel a more airy, even textile appearance.
