Dating from the period Art Deco, this French two-tone 18-carat gold pendant depicts the Virgin Mary Mary. The back part of the pendant is in 18-carat white gold; on top of it, in 18-carat yellow gold, is the profile of the Madonna with a halo around her head. At the bottom of her veil are roses, symbolizing the holiness of Mary.
On the back of the pendant, the initials E.J. are engraved in a leafy design, along with the date 19-5-35 (May 19, 1935). The pendant is in very good condition and retains crisp details.
