Rare graduated necklace composed of a strand of 48 rock crystal beads alternating with 46 naturally faceted amethyst discs of a beautiful violet color. Knotted stringing. The ogive-shaped box clasp is made of 18-carat rose gold, 750/1000, stamped with the French eagle’s head hallmark. French work from the period Art Deco.

Condition: Very good, with slight signs of wear. One amethyst has a side chip and one is missing next to the clasp. Very light micro-scratches on the clasp, which closes perfectly and remains securely in place. The necklace has just been newly restrung. This is a magnificent and unique necklace of genuine semi-precious stones, very elegant and easy to wear.
