Yellow gold animal pendant with horse charm paved with antique Victorian enamel pearls
Finely detailed antique Victorian horse charm (circa 1880 to 1900), made of 14-carat yellow gold.
The small seed pearls measure approximately 0.5 to 1 mm.
This beautifully detailed charm features a trotting horse set with pavé seed pearls. A blue enamel bracelet adorns the center of the horse. Small in size (18.5 mm x 12.5 mm), this original and very pleasant antique jewel can be worn on a charm bracelet or as a pendant on a chain. Probably originally a brooch, it was likely converted into a pendant/charm, with the bail added later.
The pendant is in good condition and shows a visible patina. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve its patina and collectible value.

Size and dimensions: The pendant measures 18.5 mm x 12.5 mm (0.72 x 0.50 inches).
Metal and hallmark: 14-carat yellow gold. The pendant is not hallmarked, but it has tested positive for 14-carat gold.
