This splendid old sapphire diamond ring is prong-set with a brilliant old-cut diamond and a round blue sapphire, all supported by two bezel-set diamonds. The top of the ring is animated, asymmetrical and set with two falls of 6 old-cut diamonds each. The profile of this sapphire diamond ring is chiseled on the upper part of a plant motif.
