- This vintage jewel is decorated with a garland of ivy leaves and set on each side with a line of 3 round synthetic rubies, those in the middle being more important. An arabesque pattern set with 3 cultured half-pearls, of which the middle one is larger, decorates the applied top. The old medallion can be opened using a hinge on the side to accommodate a souvenir.
