Médaille pendentif ancienne en or rose 18 carats (750 millièmes), dotée d’une trace de poinçon de garantie, dispensée de contrôle. Travail français de la fin du XIXe siècle. De forme circulaire, elle est richement et délicatement décorée d’une Vierge Miraculeuse en pied, les mains écartées. Son fond rayonnant est entouré d’une élégante bordure ciselée, apportant une touche de sophistication. Au revers, une bordure ciselée entourant un beau monogramme « MB » et la date « 18 janvier 1893 ».
