Delicate gold ring and platinum "marquise" type, inspired by the 18th century, with a shuttle bezel decorated in the center with a very pretty fine "button" shaped pearl (6 mm diam.), accompanied by 2 magnificent deep blue sapphires and small brilliant and lined with a line of old cut diamonds. Shiny shoulders. Inside the ring is the jeweler's inventory number (172-83) and an engraved date: April 29, 1912, an important date (engagement, birth of a child, birthday?) for a woman of our age. past who, in her present, received this ring from a man who loved her.
