Pi Exceptional collector's piece, authenticated by Patek Philippe and fully serviced. 18-carat rose gold Patek Philippe wristwatch, dated 1942, according to the extract from the Patek Philippe archives provided with the watch (sale recorded on October 15, 1942).
Details & characteristics: - Movement: manual winding mechanical, caliber 8’’’85, no. 851881. - Case: 18K rose gold, branded, snap-on back, diameter 20 mm. Made by Eggly & Cie, a renowned Geneva manufacturer who collaborated with the greatest Swiss watchmaking brands such as Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, or Audemars Piguet. - Dial: pink silver entirely original, with a homogeneous patina giving the watch incomparable warmth and period charm. Applied indexes and Roman numerals in rose gold, beaded minute track, original leaf hands.
Bracelet: double cord leather strap, with branded Patek Philippe 18K rose gold clasp, hallmarked. Size: 16 cm. - Gross weight: 15.5 g.
Condition & service: Watch fully overhauled by the workshop of Antoine de Macédo (Paris) before sale: Complete disassembly of the movement, cleaning and oiling, replacement of the mainspring, replacement of the cap jewel, precision adjustment, light polishing of the case (preserving the edges), dial cleaned but kept in its original condition. Service dated April 2025, 12-month warranty (invoice provided – €890).
