Magnificent oval pendant medal in solid 18-carat yellow gold (750/1000), eagle's head guarantee hallmark and diamond-shaped master goldsmith's hallmark. Vintage French work from the 1940s branded A. ROURE. It depicts the bust of Saint Christopher with a halo, holding his walking staff and carrying the swaddled infant Jesus on his arm.
The background is sandblasted gold. The details of the face, arm, and the child's veil are in shinier, rosier gold. Engraved on the back of the monogramme is 'AM' and the date '19.6.1946'.
