Magnificent antique ring in solid 18-carat rose gold, 750 thousandths, partially legible owl hallmark. French Victorian work from the 19th century. Crossed bezel centered with a lucky clover motif adorned with three half seed pearls set with claws and a rose-cut diamond set with grains.
On the scrollwork surround, four small rose-cut diamonds, two on each side.
The clover symbolizes luck and abundance. Its three elements also represent the three human virtues: love, hope, and faith.
