Nice ring from the first quarter of the 20thth century in 18K white gold adorned with a beautiful cabochon sapphire of approximately 4.2ct (probably Ceylon, unheated) surrounded by 10 round diamonds (old cut) of approximately 0.15ct each (3.5mm in diameter, GH/VS-SI).
