Rectangular pendant medal in solid 18-carat yellow gold (750 thousandths), stamped with an owl hallmark affixed by the Bureau de Garantie. French work Art Deco from the 1930s. Depicting the profile bust of the haloed Virgin Mary Mary, in a finely openwork surround stylizing a stained glass window. It is not numbered on the back. Large bail allowing for a doubled chain or a cord.

Condition: Very good, with some very slight signs of wear. Jewelry cleaned/polished, which originally bore the signature J.HOLY.
