This magnificent pendant from the Georgian era, dating from around 1730 and probably of Belgian origin, combines religious symbolism and classic elegance. Crafted in 18-carat yellow gold, it takes the form of a cross, a motif rich in Christian meaning and historical resonance. Adorned with eighteen rose-cut diamonds, enhanced with senailles, this jewel demonstrates old-world craftsmanship, notably through the use of foil setting to enhance the brilliance of the stones. In very good condition, it comes with a chain, a true testament to the past, evoking the timeless beauty and narrative richness of the Georgian style.
