Distinct and unique vintage insect ring crafted in 14k yellow gold (circa 1970s).
The total diamond weight is estimated at 0.02 carats (IJ color and SI1-I1 clarity). The fluted sodalite measures 20 mm x 10 mm. Two small rubies are set in the eyes.
This exquisite insect features fluted sodalite on the body, small diamonds on the head, and ruby-set eyes. The double wings add depth to this beautifully crafted ring. We love the way the insect sits on the finger. The medium-sized ring (15 mm) fits comfortably on the hand.
The ring is in good condition and has been lightly cleaned and polished.
