70s Mexican Fire Opal Pendant Necklace, Yellow Gold
Elegant and finely detailed vintage Mexican fire opal necklace, crafted in 14k yellow gold (circa 1970s).
Opal exhibits vibrant bursts of color in natural sunlight, ranging from orange to green, yellow, purple and red.
The rope link necklace measures 19.5 inches in length and sits well under the nape of the neck. The free-form opal blends into the organic botanical patterned setting, the opal lighting up in natural sunlight with a strong matrix of colors. The necklace is ideal worn alone or layered with your other fine necklaces from any era.
The necklace is in very good original condition. we did not clean it in order to preserve the patina and collectible value.
