Splendid antique jewelry element in solid 18-carat rose gold (750 thousandths), exempt from assay. French work from the 19th century. It features an openwork monogramme composed of interlaced C and B letters, adorned with a pavé of 54 rose-cut diamonds. On the back, a fastening system is composed of two gold threaded rods paired with two removable flat nuts. This configuration makes it a convertible jewel, which can be attached to another piece of jewelry or to fabric.
