The entire cushion is decorated with alternating lines of falling calibrated sapphires and modern brilliant-cut diamonds also falling, all openwork. On either side of the head, at the start of the ring, 2x3 modern brilliant-cut diamonds are set. The basket is carefully pierced with arabesque decorations.
